Get ready to ignite your night with Detweiller at Dark! Over 2000 Runners and 135,000 watts of power make Detweiller at Dark – an unofficial embarkment upon the cross country season – the most unique XC event in the nation.

This isn't your ordinary race; it's a twilight thrill set against the picturesque backdrop of Detweiller Park in Peoria, Illinois. Join us Friday, July 26, 2024 at 7pm for the ultimate running party under the stars!

As dusk descends, lace up and hit the trails, where each stride brings a burst of excitement and the camaraderie of fellow night runners fuels your spirit. It's more than a run; it's a glowing celebration of sports, nature, and the joy of pushing your limits under the stars.

This summertime event includes an Open Race and Jr. High and High School races for both Girls and Boys divisions as well as a kids' race! Ignite the night with us this year at Detweiller Park!
