With an average hourly wage of nearly $18, we invest in our team's well-being by covering 75% of major medical health insurance, 100% of dental insurance, and 100% of short-term and long-term disability plans for full-time team members. Additionally, we provide paid personal time that increases with tenure and hours worked, annual team bonuses, and performance-based incentives. We most recently offered a 401K matching program as well.
